Legacy Commercial Property is a rapidly growing, full-service commercial real estate company specializing in leasing, acquisitions, development, construction and property management of retail centers. The Company portfolio consists of 700+ retail properties and over 6M square feet spread across 23+ states. The national footprint allows retail tenant partners and Highland Venture brands to leverage multiple properties to fulfill their expansion needs and the Legacy development team assists partners in locating and developing new sites. Legacy is focused on growing its commercial real estate portfolio through the strategic acquisition and new development of standalone and multi-tenant value-add retail properties.

Role Summary
The Senior Leasing Agent will primarily procure tenants to lease space in Legacy Commercial Property’s owned portfolio of over 700 properties. They will also focus on the leasing of new retail developments within the Tennessee area. The Agent should be comfortable and confident in both cold calling and working with large national retailers.
We are seeking a highly driven individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to sell to national and regional tenants. This candidate must have confidence and persistence to contact the appropriate decision makers and the organization to follow through and execute tenant build outs to ensure timely lease commencement.
- Canvass possible tenants to lease space within the 700+ Highland Ventures-owned properties
- Lead negotiations of lease terms
- Use data analytics to analyze the real estate portfolio create target lists and void analysis
- Consistently create and manage relationships within the commercial real estate space
- Partner with other members of the leasing team to obtain new tenants and develop the pipeline of potential partners
- Develop relationships with brokers in our markets as needed in order to lease difficult properties

Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
- Previous sales experience
Position type and expected hours of work
This is a full-time on-site position in Brentwood, TN. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
